I support adults and youth (age 14+) experiencing challenges with their mental health, physical health and life circumstances. I have a special interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, chronic illness/pain, people on the autism spectrum and their supporters.

My approach is compassion-focused. I aim to create a safe space for you to heal and grow. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role as your supporter is to help you access that pre-existing wisdom while offering insight and gentle opportunities for growth, change and empowerment.
